Keg & Klean the Streets for our National Parks!

Join The Wynwood Yard and Debris Free Oceans on their monthly mission to beautify Wynwood while also making an impact on Biscayne Bay and our Miami beaches where trash eventually makes its way from city centers, harming marine life and water quality.

January's focus for the monthly Keg & Klean is National Parks, in partnership with Florida National Parks AssociationSouth Florida National Parks Trust, and the Biscayne National Park Institute. Learn about the national parks that exist in our own backyard, and the environmental pressures our precious lands are under, and how we can help.

Meet at The Yard at 3 p.m. for a sponsored beer, to meet like-minded eco-warriors, and to hear an inspiring talk from esteemed Park Ranger, Gary Bremen. We'll learn about our local public lands, including Biscayne National Park, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, while enjoying live art by DaveL as he completes his national park-inspired mural installation at the Yard.

You'll receive a reusable klean canteen cup (included in ticket price and which will get you $1 back on every draft beer purchased ever at The Bar at The Yard), trash bags, gloves, pickers and directions.

Then, travel through the neighborhood cleaning up as you go and making pit stops for a drink and bite at Alter, and a sweet treat along the way at Fireman Derek's Key Lime Pies (included in price). Finish the cleaning, eating and mingling tour at The Yard with more refreshments.

Esteemed local artist DaveL will be unveiling his giant mural themed around national parks and endangered species.

Join Green Drinks under the della tent immediately following the clean up to engage in a more intimate discussion about national lands. Enjoy a sponsored Sombra Mezcal from the bar at Charcoal Garden Bar + Grill. Bring a photo or painting of your favorite national park to display during the event and be entered in the raffle.
